Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Engineering Project Quotation Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing comprehensive proposals tailored to the unique needs of our clients in the regulated manufacturing industry. As an Engineering Project Quotation Developer, you will collaborate closely with various departments to gather information, analyze requirements, outline project specifications, and develop compelling proposals that highlight our expertise and capabilities to potential clients and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop project quotation proposals content from inception to completion, collaborating with internal teams to ensure accuracy, compliance with Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements, and alignment with client and company objectives.
• Work closely with sales, engineering, and project management teams to understand client needs, project scope, project timelines, deliverables, and technical specifications.
• Write and edit project quotation proposal content, including executive summaries, technical descriptions, project timelines, and cost estimates, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and persuasiveness.
• Customize project quotation proposals to address specific client concerns, highlight relevant experience, and highlight unique value propositions.
• Maintain a repository of proposal templates, case studies, supporting documentation and other relevant materials to streamline proposal development processes.
• Conduct thorough reviews of Project quotation proposals to ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and industry’s best practices.
• Coordinate proposal review meetings, gather feedback from internal stakeholders, and incorporate revisions as needed to produce final documents.
• Manages timelines carefully, keeping the team and document on task to deliver a complete and final document on time.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to enhance the competitiveness of proposals.
• Collaborate with sales teams to build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing client inquiries and needs, and providing support throughout the proposal process.
• Contribute to business development initiatives, proposals/quote generation, responses to Requests for Information (RFIs), Request for Proposals (RFPs) and bid defense presentations.
• Participating in bid meetings and preparing proposals for bids on new projects, including reviewing existing proposals. • Safeguard the confidentiality of sensitive company information.

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field (preferable Electrical or Computer Engineering).
Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience, with a focus on sales or related roles.
• Proficiency or knowledge in proposal development, preferably in automation, or related industries.
Skills:
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and compellingly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with automation systems, or CSV processes is a plus.
