Job Summary: The Renewable Energy Solutions Consultant is responsible for promoting energy efficiency solutions to potential customers, emphasizing the benefits of reducing energy costs and enhancing sustainability. This role requires excellent communication skills and interest for the energy industry to effectively identify client needs and provide tailored solutions. The Renewable Energy Solutions Consultant is dedicated to building long-term relationships with clients while driving the success of Synerlution Energy through outstanding service and effective sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings, to effectively introduce and promote energy solutions and services.
- Engage with potential customers to generate lead and drive sales using consultative selling techniques.
- Proactively pursue new residential, commercial, and industrial clients through targeted outreach and networking efforts to expand the customer base and drive business growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and participation in industry events.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
- Assist in creating tailored proposals and quotes for potential clients, ensuring alignment with their energy needs and budget.
- Engage with other sales team members to exceed sales targets and objectives and ensure closure of the sales cycle.
- Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing detailed information about our products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, engineers, and installation crews, to ensure seamless execution of solar projects.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, government incentives, and solar technology advancements to remain competitive in the market.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our renewable energy solutions to effectively educate customers and fulfill their needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities, and regularly report on sales performance to management, providing insights to refine sales strategies.
- Handle all client and company information with the strictest confidentiality, ensuring compliance with data privacy standards and protecting sensitive information throughout the sales process.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required) and/or Certificate in Renewable Energy.
Skills
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex energy solutions clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service, with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new energy products, services, and industry regulations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a challenging environment.
- Capable of negotiating terms and closing deals that benefit both the client and the company.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced skills in Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
