Responsibilities:

  • Provide engineering consultation for Automation Engineering Operations and Management area.
  • Responsible for making decisions that impact operations, manufacturing, and process.
  • Consult with engineering and compliance personnel to determine reporting needs and define solutions to meet requirements.
  • Project Management, design, development, testing all aspects of electrical control systems, and machinery.
  • Installation and technical support of PLC based equipment.
  • Identify, retrieve query, and append internal and external data sources in support of reporting and analytics engineering and compliance operations.
  • Develop project planning as scopes, work estimates, schedules, and resources planning.
  • Coordinates, manages, lead, support projects team execution related to automation, automation compliance, and validation activities [Commissioning, Qualification and Validation].
  • Manages schedule and lead meetings to gain cross functional understanding and consensus on project content and execution.
  • Maintain constant communication with affected departments and personnel’s; oversees and reviews validation area processes and procedures.
  • Manage and coordinate as liaison between clients, resources, contractors, and the personnel involved in different project phases.
  • Implementation and enforcement of client requirements with all documentation appropriate to comply with all regulatory standards.
  • Responsible for project plans, reviewing all project deliverables, and conducting risk analysis to drive and implement process improvements as required.
  • Influence, engage, and develop leaders for project compliance within the team.
  • Lead and/or coordinate investigations into failures to meet acceptance criteria and determine and implement appropriate resolutions.
  • Manage lesson learned meetings on these situations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and new customers or prospective customers and collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities.

Special Requirements:

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
  • Lean LAI Certification

Education:

  • Master’s Degree in Engineering Management
